COVID-19 UPDATE
Hello valued customers –
We wanted to give you an update regarding our on-going business and social distancing plan due to the current COVID-19 situation. Our focus has been to ensure the health of our team and the quality of our supply chain. We have had several meetings over the last two weeks with our team members and supply chain partners on how best to handle this situation. Beginning today, all shipping is free via website or phone in orders. This will allow us to spend minimum time in the stores, limiting the possibility of encountering the threat. Most of the VOOC team will limit their access to customers with an enhanced focus on sanitation and food safety.
Both stores will have limited hours:
Venice Avenue Location
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10am-3pm
Palmer Ranch Location
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-3pm
Please utilize the preferred method of ordering online or phone. We, however, will accommodate pick-up at either location if you call ahead.
